Binaural Beats
Binaural Beats are acoustic auditory that have a brain-stem response and are used as a sound wave therapy. The left and right ear hear slightly different audio which is why it is important to listen to Binuaral Beats with headphones.
I personally love listening to Binuaral Beats when I meditate before bed to help my mind and body relax ready for a deep sleep. I have found that it truly does work in ways I did not believe possible!
I also listen to a higher HZ when wanting to manifest or connect spiritual (occasionally not every time.) Different HZ have different effects and you can feel how they affect your brain and body different, it is truly incredible. Binuaral Beats are available on apps including Spotify.

This sounds really interesting – I suffer with insomnia so will have to try this (once I get new headphones). Are there any apps specifically for binaural beats, rather than using Spotify?
Yes definitely try it! A 1-4HZ, I usually use 2HZ before bed. If you don’t have Spotify I would try Apple Music or YouTube. I know Spotify have playlists/albums of Binuaral Beats that I’m sure other apps including YouTube would have too.
Have a google, I’m positive you will find some free albums for it and let me know how you get on/if it helps!!
This is so fascinating – I had no clue some of the chill playlists I was listening to on YouTube had these beats intentionally and that there were so many benefits behind these…. but it makes sense why I’ve enjoyed listening to this type of sound when I’m studying or doing work.
They are amazing aren’t they! Its great you now know and crazy the difference they have.
